The Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) was founded in 1986 as the marketing arm of the Northeast Florida Builders Association. We strive to bring Builders, Developers, Realtors, Lenders, Marketing and Sales Professionals together in order to network and grow their businesses. Currently we are the largest SMC in Florida, and have been recognized as the best SMC in the Nation by the National Home Builders Association multiple times.
